Discovering Our Human Rights: Carlos Ferrell is the Answer

I take a look into why Police Officers in Cookeville, Tennessee framed a man, and used excessive force by attacking him with a dog and planting drugs.

Recently on the news I saw a story on a African American male that was pulled over. The video was gruesome. It showed Police Officers from Cooke-ville, Tennessee beating the man, on top of that they went as far as planting some marijuana on him.

At least 5 police officers from what I see in the video are pointing guns, yelling violently, and even letting a dog attack him for no reason. It is hard to believe that stuff like this is really going on, isn’t it? Our own fellow man are abusing power, helping to lock innocent people behind bars, and not only that but attacking the victims themselves, just ask Carlos Farrell.
Carlos Ferrell’s X-Wife made a call to the Police about a Domestic Assault. She was standing in the background watching everything go down.

Jeff Johnson, from the Cooke-ville police department is holding a K-9, that he let bite Carlos multiple times, even though Carlos was obviously complying with everything that the officers were asking him to do. So why did they need to get rough, he is out numbered, he isn’t going to go anywhere, and he has no type of weapons on him whatsoever. I would just love to have these Cops sit down in front of me and answer some of these questions. To me it seems like the Police Officers in this country are the people who are getting high, I mean just look at the video at the end of the article, does that really make any kind of sense what went on?

Officer Chris Milton was also involved, accused of planting drugs on Carlos, and the stupid thing is, their dash camera was rolling the whole time. Officer Milton even gave a hand signal to plant the drugs, and then looked back at the camera. Officer Milton reaches in his right shirt pocket and picks out a bag of marijuana and then plants it in Carlos Ferrell’s pocket, then, I quote, Officer Milton says “Whoa! Carlos! A little bit of weed, now you got ya another freakin’ charge!”. Please, someone tell me how any of this sounds right?

It is a scary thought, I have been pulled over by Pennsylvania State Police plenty of times when I drove, but they ended up stopping me, and for the most part for no reason, so many times that my liscense is no good because I can’t keep up with fine payments.

I always felt like I was targeted when I was out, just because I took hubcaps off my tires and gave my car a paint job and exhaust, I am a criminal of some sort and need to be watched. I believe we all have some human rights here!

I don’t understand how it is far for a regular man, or woman, like me and you, to put on a Uniform, go out, and hurt a innocent persons life. It doesn’t seem right, actually a better question, who gives them the right?

Now I agree we need peace and protection in the world, but I think our police officers should be better watched themselves, I think that the Citizen’s voice should be better heard about this issue, and we should have more power and more rights in a situation.

If you have ever been stopped by a police officer, just because they profiled you, I believe we should be able to do something about that. It is a scary thought to think that this happens everyday all over the world. What is even more messed up is how many people are probably sitting in jail because of a dirty cop.

I would just like to point out that Mr. Ferrell admitted to having the bag of weed and after a investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Officer Melton was cleared.
