Disorganized Minds
Poem.
Disorganized minds will rarely spend the time
Necessary to acquire
The never ending kindness
Which would make them a good hire
They have not paused to think the thought
To teach themselves a never ending courtesy
Which all employers would immediately see as worthy
They do not even see, using abusive curse words is wrong
Or that expressions maximizing human differences
(Instead of minimizing human differences)
Do not ever belong
Disorganized minds will rarely spend the time
To teach their own minds
The kind ideas about what’s Just or fair
Thinking it smart to get away with whatever they dare
They might think being ethical at every moment
Is something that can be abandoned without a care
That being trustworthy is not important every single day
Not knowing that being untrustworthy is a frequent snare
That let’s everyone know
The persons for which to reserve their best concerns and care
Disorganized minds will rarely spend a moment
To think that being too wild or loud conveys to everyone a hint
About the advantages of not having wild people around
To have to worry at their intent
Disorganized minds will rarely stop to think
about such things as noise pollution (popping gum)
Or smell pollution (loud perfume)
Or sight pollution (nakedness or outrageous pink)
Like the impish missing link they simply do not care
Or possess unhealthy egos which makes them unaware
That like the dinosaurs of ages past
Disorganized minds are a threat to themselves to become extinct
Because no employers in their right minds
Would ignore their own instinct
And hire a disorganized mind
From which to bring a business to the brink
Of disaster
From the recklessness in the way a disorganized mind might act or think
A disorganized mind might try to be on his best behavior
Only at the proper time
Not realizing his fairness is always broad-casted and on trial
By the secret judgements and gossips of friends, neighbors, and strangers minds
A disorganized mind cannot read the writing on the wall
Or interpret the signs which herald their repeated downfalls
Which point the way to the New World Order
Where intelligently professional, kind, and empathetic minds
Are the only ones advanced to true success
Which awaits them over time
