 An employee of a hotel in New York filed a complaint against Strauss-Kahn, whom he accuses of sexual assault, kidnapping and attempted rape, charges that could bring a sentence of up to 20 years in prison.

 Although the IMF does not explicitly immune status for its employees, experts believe that the subject is debatable, and the judge will be the one who will have to take a decision on this issue.
