Dr Conrad Murray Guilty

Over the last few weeks we might expect controversial statements from Physicians. Today none of them can be so contrite about their peer.

Conrad Murray is still a licensed Doctor. He has thrown away his career for a few million dollars. Perhaps he saved enough income to survive the rest of his life.

Regardless of the jury trial outcome, Michael Jackson is dead. In the larger scheme of things his family will continue to gain profit from his early end. His children will forever have his legacy and name to live up to.

Two lives have really been waisted here. There is no justice or any outcome that will satisfy all.

Perhaps Michael Jackson’s death can only serve to show us one more time that fame has a toll. And for those who are ill prepared for the lime light, the toll is often death.

Today, this verdict may give us some hope. Perhaps physicians need to be aware they can not just kill us off and expect to get away with it. No matter how much we pay them.
