At one point in my life I was desperate for food, even though I held a good job. My dog cost me more to feed than I spent on myself, but as he had saved my life, it was money well spent!&lt;br /&gt;

		<description>Great article. When I lived in Berlin I worked for the City. After work a few of the workers waded through the trash dumped. They use to call treasure hunting. Today I have also noticed the treasure has changed from lost goods to needed goods. Sad but true. And they are not the employees that are dresses for the occasion, but normal people looking for a break.  </description>
