Education System
Every country has different opinions about education; each country organizes their education system depending on the country believes is the best way to teach and learn. But, in my opinion South Korean’s education is not as good as Argentinean for the following reasons.
In the first place, universities are really expensive and they don’t admit a high number of students each year, so this generates a competition in High School where the students must take extra-curricular classes so they can get a scholarship or the possibility to get in a good university.
Secondly, as the students have to study at all time they can’t enjoy social life which is an essential part of a person’s life, without it a person will not learn how to be part of work team, how to relate with others, and the most important thing, the student will never be happy.
As opposed to the above ideas, Argentinean universities are free and they are recognized for their high quality of contents. This fact takes a lot of pressure off the students giving them the chance to have social life, and do extra activities such as sports, learning foreign languages, etc.
In conclusion, I believe Argentinean education is much better then South Korean’s because it allows students to have social life where they learn from experiences that contribute with useful skills (as relating with others, working in teams, etc.) students will use along their life.
