Endomorph Body Type: The Shape of Superstars!

The Endomorph body type has some VERY impressive names on it’s roster!

The endomorph body type has historically taken a bad rap – looked upon with a mixture of scorn – and even fear!

Things are different these days, however – with the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian leading the way as proud card-carrying endomorphic superstars! (If you are not sure of which body type you possess - you will be with the help of: Endomorph, Ectomorph or Mesomorph? Find Your Body Type Here!).

Historically, when women have been shown an image of the three different body types and asked to choose the one they viewed as desirable – the ectomorph, mesomorph, or endomorph - the endomorph body type has always found itself at the, um, ‘endo’ of the list!

The endomorph woman has also been slow to believe that men – conversely – chose the endomorph body type as desirable – more than 50% of the time!

Ectomorph, Mesomorph, Endomorph

Butt, times – they are a-changing! These days – even women see a big, fit ‘endo‘ – as the ultimate in ‘booty-ful’!

With fitness, diet, and lifestyle being almost perfect sciences – an endomorph armed with determination, commitment – and knowledge - can turn what was perceived as a negative – into a spectacularly sexy positive!

Jennifer Hudson is a great example of what an endomorph can do when she puts her mind to it!

Here is a ’short’, but very sweet list of  other endomorphic women who have become superstars…

Lots of good ones there. I understand that physical physique is emphasized in society… but I wish it weren’t. Not because I am big because I am not. It does however make a lot of people show dislike towards others for being a particular shape and I don’t think that’s right.

I don\’t think the majority of people on this planet can either see or would recognize a truly \”beautiful\” human-being if they fell over him or her. (Shades of \”Twilight of the Gods?\”). Yet blessed to be born to a \”goddess\” (my beloved, late mother) who was beautiful inside and out. And the only other woman (although I love many other actresses, too numerous to mention) who fit my idea (and ideal) of \”classical beauty;\” within and without is, of course, my outstanding and exceptionally talented compatriot: Charlize Theron. (So proud of you, Charlize!).
To everyone, no matter your size, shape or form, as long as you are an essentially good person; with no hidden agenda, or ulterior motive. And, as such, love and accept yourself precisely as you are; are true to yourself and everyone else, and also love your neighbor as you love yourself. You\’ll find love everywhere – ten-thousand times over! So beware, when you start giving all the love* you have inside to give, you may be overwhelmed by all the love you receive in return!
NB: *love is \’purely spiritual\’ and has nothing whatsoever to do with sex!

Fat, gross and (physically) unattractive. Who are the (synthetic; bulk and fat-producers of the present-day (greedy; money-hungry) American fast-food producers trying to kid?
Oh please American (and other) adults! Stop believing everything you see, read and hear! If you are (grossly and unhealthily) overweight, simply sit down right now and ask your (inner) self what you would like to eat (if anything). A bowl of finely-grated carrot, pineapple and freshly-squeezed orange-juice? Certainly! A fresh, green (french or Greek) salad – with a sprinkling of fresh lemon or cider-vinegar and olive-oil dressing? Certainly! The list of nourishing (non-fattening) fresh-foods for overall heath are endless!

PS: isn’t this just amazing? I have any number of articles posted on the Triond website. Yet their computerized system sees me here as a “guest?!”
PPS: guys – for an (insulting) payment of $0.1 cent per ten views of our articles. I think its more than safe to say – we’re just being used! Ten, one-hundred, a thousand-times over! Welcome to the slave-gang! (So glad an end to the present-day corrupt world system is on its way).

I usually get an arm punch from my wife when I’m walking behind an extremely large woman and in a low soft voice start singing, “I feel the earth move under m feet.” In all seriousness though, I still think Kristie Alley is still beautiful, but then again, I’ve always liked her.

Hey, those are some good looking endomorphs! For guys, too, I think the combination meso/endo bodytype is ideal, especially for sports and weight training. Ectomorphs have a great deal of trouble maintaining muscle mass.
