Evolution: Myth or Truth?
Everyone has an opinion in this war. Most people either believe in a creationist God or believe in evolution without a god. However, there are some who believe that God used evolution to create the world. Let’s delve into some possibilities or scenarios using facts and logic.
There have been numerous arguments and theories over the past several hundred years. In my opinion, none of them have made sense. Not a single theory. Something can not be made from nothing. The “Big Bang” supposedly caused the expanding of our universe (nothing ever exploded), which therefore created an organism, but there are still a numerous amount of aspects which scientists still have not figured out yet. Also, I’m sure that everyone has heard or seen, at one point or another, how difficult it would have been to create a single protein. If the scientists are correct, it would be similar to winning 270 slot machines in a row at a casino, so it is possible. We just have not figured out all the details of how this might have happened.
The other possibility is that there is a God, and yes, I do believe in Him. (I would rather believe in Him and that he created the earth with a meaning for me, rather than believe that I am just some stupid monkey that will die sooner or later.) Whether or not you want to believe it, there are more scientific facts backing Christianity than there are evolution. (God created science, right?) Here is a fact: the earth’s rotation is slowing down at a constant rate. It takes 118,000 years to lose one solar day. If we went back just 39 million years ago, the earth’s annual orbit would have been 3,650 days a year. Each year would have been 144 minutes long. The earth would have been rotating 10,000 mph! The primary cause for this slowing down is the moon’s gravitational pull, which is acting like a braking system. Another fact is that the moon is also receding from the earth at a constant rate. At 1.4 billion years, the moon would have been touching the earth. So there is no possible way that the earth could be four billion years old! [Has God Spoken?] (My grandfather actually wrote this book, look it up!) Unfortunately, I do not have enough room to get into all the physics of these two facts.
One last issue that should be concluded relatively quickly, God did NOT use evolution to create the earth. God created the earth in six, twenty-four hour days (the seventh day was rest). The word “day” is used the same throughout the entire Bible. “Day” is used a few chapters later talking about Adam and Eve. They did not live to be millions of years old.
In conclusion, it is possible for evolution to have happened, but creation makes much more sense. Once again, I would go deeper into these reasons, but I am limited on space. I am going to dub this theory as a “myth.”
If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them! Thanks for reading!

Your space is unlimited, never limit yourself when you could say more.
Also, things like the slowing down of the earth and receding of the moon happen on a curve, so they aren\’t always happening at the same speed. I guess you never took a calculus class? Well neither did I.
Anyway, nice job.

Thanks!
Actually i am somewhat limited in space as i also write for bukisa (they have a max word limit which i might have exceeded. I’m not sure. Also, just curious but how would you know that if you also have not taken a calculus class? I am just wondering if you (possibly heard that from an evolutionist. Anyway, you may be right on that on that but either way, the calculations for the earth spinning and moon receding were 39 million and 1.4 billion years respectively. The believed age of the earth is 4 billion years old. Even with the speeds not be consistent, the results would (most likely) be the same: the earth spins apart, and the moon collides with the earth.
That’s just my opinion at least,
