Fatal Attraction It Can Happen to You!

A real life story of a brief encounter with a woman who turns out to be obsessive and perhaps mentally unstable!

“Yup your waving your arm now, is that a test David I told you I’m outside, don’t be ungrateful answer the door honey”

So I did answer the door and I got changed quickly and we went to a restaurant. June insisted on paying for the meal, I protested but she said it was her treat for just turning up out of the blue. June drove me home and I said good night. As I was walking into the foyer of my apartment block June was following me! I am ashamed to say you have guessed what came next we repeated our encounter from the night club!. My fate was surely written from then on in.

I thought this may have been the end of the relationship such as it was, I thought she would have me out of her system by now. I tried several times to be diplomatic and end seeing her. However hard I tried to end seeing her June would turn on the pressure to see me. June had my home phone No and my mobile phone No, she had my address and my premises address. There was no getting away from her.

When I went out for a meal or a few drinks with my friends she would miraculously turn up uninvited! A little bird on my shoulder told me June had been spotted parked outside my apartment watching for when I came home. I could arrive at my apartment in the early hours of the morning and two seconds after I got through the front door my buzzer would sound and there was June waiting to come in and see me! She often came in with gifts of expensive Vodka or some cigarettes and a gold lighter as a present!

For some of you guys reading this you are thinking what am I complaining about? June supplied me with work as much as she could, June showered me with presents and meals all she wanted was me. However I did not have the same feelings for June  its became living nightmare!

I resorted to changing my routine. I had doubled lined curtains fitted so my reflection could not be seen through the windows. I fitted a cut out switch to my door buzzer after my neighbours complained of the door buzzer going off at all hours of the morning.

This sorry story culminates with June turning up at my door step in the early hours of a Sunday morning with a suit case and she was covered in bruises from head to toe. She had told her husband about me and he had thrown her out of the house and vowed to come around and see me!

I had to take a stand I refused to let June into my apartment, I further told her to give her husband my address and I would face him and tell him the whole truth and I f I got a beating so be it I could not live like this anymore!

I am glad to say this is where the story finishes, June’s husband thought better of it and decided to not visit me as he had met me before and he didn’t fancy his chances in a fight with me. I never saw June again. Please take this true life story as a warning to all you single guys and girls. Make very sure if you do happen to have a one night stand that you ask all the right questions before such as,

“Are you married, Do you boil Rabbits, are you mentally unstable and prone to stalking and obsessive behaviour?

Please take care out there on the single scene.

No, I don’t boil rabbits. They are better in a casserole.

Let this be a lesson to be careful before you go putting your dipstick in strangers sumps!

My experience with a stalker did not begin with a one night stand but she was married and I couldn’t get rid of her. Well, finally she gave up. I can relate.

I really enjoyed reading this from the beginning to the end. It’s a jungle out there! With women, the more you reject them, the more they stick around. The fact that she didn’t tell you that she was married is a bad sign already. Maybe her man was out of town or something was definitely not right in her relationship making her act desperate and clingy. Men don’t like to be pursued nor chased. Good thing that you decided to cut off all contact with her. I think she felt rejected by you and as a result, it caused her to act like this. For a lot of women, rejection is a very personal thing. Perhaps, if you would have paid attention to her from the beginning she would have blown you off, but the fact that you did what you did and took a firm stand actually made her obsess over you….. LOL

Wow, we can’t make-up stories as great as our life can give us. Glad you did better than the movie.

Ah yes, truth is stranger, and creepier, than fiction. This was a terrific read.

Creepy! Glad I only slept with the woman I married. My conscience is clear and I don’t have to watch by back.

Wow, this was a good read! It must have been scary for you. It’s good it ended well, but it could have gotten worse. Like what if June really camped out of your doorstep? What lesson did you learn from this? (Probably–Never take one night stands to my house. LOL)

That was a great story you have told, I found it interesting but felt sorry for you. Talk about bad luck a one night stand is exactly that as a rule, this was not.
