Flood Cruelty in Pakistan and Relief Donations

Flood 2010.

The 2010 Pakistan flood has began in July 2010 following heavy monsoon rains throughout the country.Angry water destroyed  million of homes killing at least two thousands of people.United nation estimated that almost 21 million people injured or became homeless.Economy of Pakistan depends on its riches and fertile lands but the recent disaster jolted its trembling economy.

Painful events happened in Pakistan since 2000.Terrorism, suicide attacks killing innocents,Kashmir earth quake and now grant flood made lives of Pakistani a fearful dream.When rain starts, everyone feels fear and pray to Almighty Allah saying ” O, My LORD have a mercy on us, stop this rain.” in a country where all ones wish to enjoy the rainy season.

Flood has passed away and angry water is flowing smoothly in Arabian sea but suffering of affected are more and increasing day by day.Problems which are major are listed below:

1) Mismanagement and corruption has made the recovery more difficult. The  good and money deposited by people is unsatisfactory.

2) Relief operations are too slow and government has no potential to meet this gigantic trouble.

3) Flood has washed away the houses as well as the source of income (agriculture)

4) Foreign donation is very limited and below than average.

5) Trembling political leadership and incompetent ruling increasing troubles more and more for all.

6) Terrorism due to foreign invasion is making its strength on daily basis.

Almighty Allah is Lord of whole universe and Allah heals all wounds.
