		<description>Insightful. That is pretty much the story in all the kakistocracies indeed. Foreigners are not to blame though. It is the filthy vampire governments that suck the people dry.</description>

		<description>This should light a fire.  For most of my life I have seen&lt;br /&gt;
millions and millions of dollars going to poor nations every&lt;br /&gt;
single year and there is no improvement.  How is that possible?&lt;br /&gt;
One Hundred Million Dollars if divided up by 20 Million people&lt;br /&gt;
would give each one 5 Million....and despite the slipping&lt;br /&gt;
value of the US dollar, that&#039;s a lot of money in places where&lt;br /&gt;
a US dollar is ten or twenty or one hundred to one.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
So how can these regions remain poor?</description>
