Genesis of Terrorism

An artical which describe what is terrorism and how it works.

Terrorism is a form of unconventional warfare. The exact definition of that term is widely disputed all over the world. Generally it is used to describe  a broad range of activities, usually involving violence, conducted against a group or state. This term refers to acts, that are not intended to merely victimize or eliminate those who are killed or injured, but rather to destabilize, or otherwise influence the societies to which they belong. In this sense terrorism can be seen as reflected to psychological warfare. a person who practices it, used to be called a terrorist. Terrorism can also mean creating fear and acts of unlawful violence. This world was firstly used in reference to the Reign of Terror during the French Revolution. Another link it with the actions of the Jacobin Club of post-revolutionary France, dates backi to 1795.

Terrosim is one of the most urgent of tasks, to ban. So probably lack of people haven’t heard about it yet. There are plenty of categories of the terrorism. The most important is civil one and political one, that generate fear in the community and mean also political purposes. What is the most important, research shows, that it is the most common in nations with intermmediate political freedomand democracies. However, the suicide terrorism may be an exeption to this generate rule. Some examples of terrorism in different countries include:
- ETA in Spain under Francisco Franco
- Kurdistan Workers Party when Turkey was ruled by military leaders.
Democracies such as the United States, Israel or the Philipines also have experienced domestic terrorism. The most terryfing examples are:
- Al-Queda’s attack of the World Trade Center (11.09.2001)
- the November 2003, synagogue bombing in Istambul
- the July 2002, shooting a Palestinian girl during a rampage by Israel settlers
- Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombing during the World War II.
Many opinios exist concerning the causes of terrorism. They usually range from demographic to socio-economic factors. Demographic factors may include congestion and high grow rates. Socio-economic factors include poverty, unemployment. The political one may be the disenfranchisement, ethnic, religious or territorial conflict, access to resources, or even revenge.
Terrorism is a very difficult issue to find a solution. It appears especially in the latest years, when the differences between the Rich North and Poor South are deepen. It is very difficult to justify it. People are scared, because it is used to be a serious threat for the ordinary society. Usually terrorist have weapons of mass destruction, are religious fanatics or are economicalyy distressed. Governments are threatened of destroying their countries. This tyrany should be completely banned to prevent people from extermination. It is hard to legislate it, but in my opinion the terrorist should be punished raw. Another point is that the society should be better cared for instance at the airportsand by the police and special agents. Politicians should ever behave properly to other leaders of countries to avoid such situations and assure all people in the world peace and security.
