Global Warming

            You may not notice that the weather actually feels different. It has been since the climate is getting to an unusual pattern. Things have changed since, well, about 18,000 years ago. The Earth has totally converted and the Earth has had climate increase.

            So how does global warming start, anyway? Smoke rises up into the atmosphere. That’s where it starts. More pollution means more holes in the ozone layer. That means more green house gases, then more global warming. That would defiantly harm the Earth.

            So what does global warming do really? It causes many problems in the Earth. It causes floods because of the change in the climate. A lot of people die. For forest fires, the fire would kill animals, of course. Imagine camping with a spreading fire. With global warming here, that can happen pretty often. Now, think about animal life. If we cause it, why should they be the ones with a more difficult time instead of us? Anyway, the first animal to be extinct is the white possum. It died from a heat wave, and that’s what happened. The poor polar bears, they’re dying. Global warming is heating up all the glaciers. So then they die since they have no habitat anymore and they are mammals so they can’t live in the water. Even 30% of all bird species are extinct from global warming. Heat kills a lot of animals. Another problem is that more floods are created and some places have too much evaporation, which goes with what I’ve said in the beginning. A lot of people are drowning while some are suffocating without any water. We really need to stop global warming.

            What can cause global warming? There is a very common cause to global warming: Kyoto Protocol. Factories or cars can cause it. There is smoke from factories, while cars produce smoke, too. The car’s smoke has mostly carbon dioxide in it. Carbon dioxide causes lots of global warming. Also, methane is a cause. Methane comes from grass usually.

            Sometimes global warming can be good ONCE in a while. Like on a cold winter day, you feel so terrible since its cold. Then global warming comes and changes the climate. Then you feel okay. The same goes with summer, like if it’s suppose to be burning hot, then global warming can change the climate to make it uneven, but it will still cool you off.
