Government and Politicians Don’t Create Jobs
We The People who make up small business, companies and corporations are what create jobs.
Here is just some of my ideas on how we could put people back to work quickly by using the same money we are giving out to those on unemployment. America needs to get back in the manufacturing game, and fast! We also need to get people re-trained for jobs that are in high demand, we can either keep handing out money to have people sitting idle, or use that money to get them back in the game.
We can take money that we are currently giving to someone on unemployment and give it to companies that hires someone on unemployment we will give that company those unemployment dollars, a cash check, or a tax dollar break, as long as the person is hired for at least 1 year. The job would also have to be a job that pays at least double what the unemployment benefit gives.. I think this would help companies want to begin to hire people again, as they could use the money for retraining, matter of fact how about a retraining tax break for any business that hires someone who is not qualified for a job. They would get say up to 20k in tax breaks to train a person for skills for that job, strictly for American citizens only, no visas. Lets get America back to work, and put a 25% tax on goods from China, and India, an extra 50% tax on goods from any company that closes down jobs here to move them off shore.
I would rather give unemployment money to a business or company as long as they hired someone who is currently on unemployment, especially if they were going to take the time, effort and money to retrain someone. That is what I call investing in the future of the people, not giving our tax dollars to government to buy votes.
America needs to ideas and solutions to move forward, not higher taxes for buying votes.
