Some alien power dictates the laws of the country and always interferes in the formulation of foreign policy.

The dictators are enslaving the nations in the third world. They are usurping power with the help of the great powers of the world. There is always slavery in the polity. The saviour of the world raises slogans of human rights and democracy but for their own interests. They intimidate the Arabs to introduce democratic reforms otherwise they would not be helped or saved. The autocratic Arab rulers bow before their wishes and let the aliens to interfere in their affairs. The democratic countries are handed over to military rulers for policy enhancement by the superpowers. The military dictators are always abetted by the lovers of democracy and champions of human rights. The powerful administrations all over the world exploit the poor nations as slaves were exploited in the past. In the end we can say that that slavery has not ended but has changed its form. It has become civilized and camouflaged slavery.
