IMF: World Economic Danger Enters New Part

Be prepared for the larger economic crisis. The International monetary Fund chief economist, Olivier Blanchard, said the planet economy can enter a part in what he calls a replacement danger.

united states and Europe cited a sharp decline from an economic standpoint a minimum of the end of next year.

IMF predicts U.S. economy can solely grow one.5 p.c this year and one.8 p.c next year. This figure is way from the U.S. government’s benchmark rate, from 2.5 p.c this year and a couple of.7 p.c next year.

“The international economy entered a replacement dangerous part. Recovery can take time. The recovery has been weakened. It takes a strong policy to enhance the prospects and scale back risk,” said Blanchard.

IMF seen worse things within the euro zone countries. a total of 17 countries can show just one.6 p.c growth rate this year and one.1 next year, down from a June estimate of two and one.7 percent.

Some analysts had predicted the euro zone countries would be trapped in a very debt crisis and this has a control on instability within the region.

“The market is skeptical of the ability of some countries overcome their debt,” says Blanchard, “The fear of rising uncertainty,” he said.

Overall, the IMF predicts international growth up 4 p.c through 2012. Contrary to the U.S. and Europe, some countries is forecast for economic moncer; he mentioned 3 countries: China, India, and Brazil.
