in keeping with the consistent tactic of using end around methods of avoiding opposition to controversial legislation, once again Obama and his leftist administration have struck at the heart of the nation. Defying the will of the people is the game plan.In essence, this government’s forked tongue double speak allows Immigration And Custom Enforcement agents the option of granting immunity from prosecution to illegal aliens right on the spot. ICE Director Morton has now issued the discretionary prosecutorial guidelines which will remove the teeth from the tiger and turn the Immigration And Customs Enforcemnt agency into a powerless entity.

It does not make a difference if that  illegal alien has a warrant for his arrest because of failure to appear in court to face charges. It does not make a difference if he has committed manslaughter as was the case here recently, nor does it make a difference if that illegal alien has forged court documents for the purpose of identification. Any of these offenses would land any American citizen in jail if we committed these acts.

Just as Obama has done in every case when faced by insurmountable opposition his politically influenced agencies have carried out the leftist agenda through regulatory corruption when bills on Capitol Hill are defeated. When the proper vote can’t be mustered there’s always a backdoor.

 Insufficient Funding An Excuse

Amazingly, as the Obama administration attempts to justify this perverse dereliction of duty, saying that the federal government simply lacks the funding to enforce illegal immigration there’s an irony here! It seems that the federal government can find the funding to engage in such enterprises as giving money away to the same foreign nations that hold billions in US debt. The feds seem to have enough money to sue the state of Arizona over federal anti immigration laws that the state itself has had to pay for because the White House refuses to uphold its own laws! As well Sheriff Joe Arpaio is besieged by federal lawsuits for simply doing his job in the fight against illegal immigration crime, drug trafficking, and border crossings. That requires money too!

Let me list some other activities that our federal government seems to be able to find the funding for as they tell us they just can’t find the money to enforce illegal immigration. We can wage war in Libya without consent of Congress given to President Obama, the feds can sue Boeing for hiring nonunion employees, and we can even give millions to the United Nations, yet we just can’t find it in the federal budget to raise money to defend our borders and incarcerate illegal aliens who have no business here, and may well have committed crimes while on US soil to boot!
