Is Facebook Really Good for Making Friends?

I’ll be honest, I have a face-book account, I check it sometimes, not often, but when I am browsing through my friends accounts, I see some of them have 600+ friends. I know for a fact they don’t know even half of them. And I’m asking you, the reader, if there really is any point to it. I see argument’s on face-book and bullying, which really annoys me. I always follow the rule don’t bite off more than you can chew, and by this i mean don’t be a loud mouth when you don’t have the guts to back it up. In my opinion face-book should only be used for friends abroad or very distant friends, and you only add them because you really can’t be asked to ring them or visit them.
So, I conclude does Facebook make, or break? I think, Break.

I am on Facebook, too, but you’re right about the petty squabbling on there. Some people should stay off there and watch General Hospital or someother LIFELESS show on TV.
I am constantly getting invites from social butterflys only looking to increase their numbers. Sad!
