Is Marijuana Really Illegal If It is Legal in California But Not Under Federal Law?

Should it be legalized as well?

In California state law it is okay for businesses to distribute Marijuana. But in federal law it is not. Why does the federal law let this happen? Is there a limit for the amount I am not sure. Also should it be illegal? I believe that it is bad to become addicted.

Also you should be 18 or older I believe. But, if you think about it is easy to get, makes you feel good, may have bad long term affects but of course that is only if you smoke it long term.

Do you think that it should be illegal? Many people smoke marijuana and would use the argument “it is natural”. Do you think that is okay?

I don’t, because cocaine is made from a natural material, so it tobacco, and the poison from snake venom. What should be done to stop this?
