It’s Ok to Hate Muslims and Gays Now? Which Minority Group is Next?

Now that we’ve opened Pandora’s Box…

Ah, the good old days.  Remember back when black people had their own drinking fountains?  Or hell, let’s go back a bit further… when we owned them?  And the notion of a woman talking back- much less voting-  was just ridiculous?  When all of these filthy minorities knew their place?  And if they didn’t, why, we knew just what to do, didn’t we?  We put on our trusty white hoods and robes and we burned them!  And, if all else failed, we just dropped a couple of nukes on them!

Is this the America we live in now?  It’s sure starting to seem like it.  We are forsaking the very principles this nation was founded upon, and why?  Out of fear!  Blindly following the pied piper down a road of deceit and hatred as we fear phantom attacks from an enemy who has no real need to do so!  Ah, hell, there I go again.  Being unpatriotic, questioning… actually, it doesn’t matter what I question.  I’m wrong.  Orwell got it right, folks.  He just missed by a few years.

We really don’t like Muslims much any more.  They fly airplanes into American buildings and shoot up military bases.  Granted, not all of them do it.  In fact, the percentage of Catholic murderers is exponentially higher.  But they’re not… Them.  In fact, we don’t just hate the Muslims.  We hate them if they look Muslim.  Or have a Muslim sounding name.  Better search one every time we see one!  He might have a bomb!  Racial profiling?  Sign us up!

In fact, they have no rights.  We’re trying the bloody terrorists in New York.  They get a trial!  Imagine!  How dare we, a nation of principle (once upon a time), stick to our guns and demonstrate to the world that we are a nation of truth and integrity?  Why are we letting it get out that we practice what we preach?  That’s not how you spread democracy!  You spread it with pure, brute force!  These people don’t know what’s best for them… that’s our job!

And while we’re at it, let’s hate homos, too.  Not too long ago, Good morning America would at least have had the decency to lie to us.  Now?  They just come out and say that he was turned away because his performance was far too gay.

We need to wake up, and soon.  We as a society are starting to believe our own hype, and it’s 20 year old hype.  We have grown so utterly arrogant, and confident in that arrogance, that we feel like we can now openly hate.  This is the point, through history, when nations begin to crumble.  Always from within.  Google the phrase melting pot.  It’s what this great country of ours is supposed to be.  But now we pick out the vegetables we don’t like?  Which vegetable is next?  We’re not too keen on all of the Mexicans coming across the border.  Do we take them out next?  And what happens when all of the minorities and gays are on the list?  Who will we move on to then?

Come to your senses.  If we stopped living in that fear, and left the brute force and arrogance behind,  maybe we wouldn’t need to be scared.  And we could pull our heads out of our collective asses and stop hating.  They’re not coming back.  Why would they need to?  It looks like they’ve started enough of a mess already… one we not only haven’t cleaned up, but have just made worse.  The American Dynasty;  crumbling beneath the weight of its own ego.

OMG what terrible menaces! I buy fermented milk in a shop run by Moroccans just because it is a perfect copy of the kefir you buy in Russia, in the Russian shop dumplings made in Latvia and vegetables in a Latino shop. I had my last hair cut from a Moroccan hairdresser, buy bread in local Spanish bakery and I work among people from all the European Union. So what’s wrong with all this diversity?

It’s definitely OK to hate a bunch of cowards who murder thousands of Americans who have done nothing to them, no matter what race or religion the happen to be. I don\’t believe everybody hates all Muslims, but if you get bitten by a snake, you\’d be crazy not to be wary of anything that looks like a snake afterward. We as a country have not stopped the legal immigration of anyone from any other nation on earth. WE do not own slaves, WE never did. Our ancestors did. That era is over. Why can\’t you let it go?
It is the ones who break our laws and enter this country illegally who cause the problems. There are people who hate us and want to destroy our country, yet you suggest that we do nothing to protect ourselves. I think maybe you and others who think like that need a serious attitude adjustment.

Well you know what they say” Abuse it, loose.”
Every one is hot to blame Eve for the fall, but you know what, if Adam had been paying attention and not neglecting Eve in the first place…just saying.

As for minorities…Women, I hear out number men, but then I, myself, got left out of the census (never saw or spoke to a census taker) so who knows the actual ratio of women to men.

Gays, I’m sorry, but I haven’t seen any evidence that it’s anything more than a choice. Some cross dressers blame mom for wanting a “girl” dissatisfied that the child was a boy, and the opposite is true, dad wanting a boy and wife bore a daughter.

There is good and bad in ALL races. The only thing anyone can do to turn this racial thing around is to be the best of your race not the expected or anticipated worse that “outsiders” claim your race to be.

Religion aside, “Do unto others as you would have others do unto to you.”

Gangs can be such a positive influence but from what I’ve heard they’re more interested in gunning someone down for simply looking cross eyed at someone’s kid sister or brother. Or hurting someone weaker than themselves.

I’ve seen some really good murals out there. It seems such a waste of spray paint to write vulgar words or words of hate. Talented individuals promoting negative energy when it would be just easy to promote positive energy.

so who are all these haters? Do you really believe a large percentage of Americans hate Musliims and Gays. I just don’t see it at all. What I see are my neighbors and friends are a diverse mix from all kinds of backgrounds and ethnicities and I don’t judge them based on anything other than who they are. I think you are tilting at windmills here.

This year we\’ll hate the Muslims. Let\’s hate them next year too.
We\’ll judge them all by what they are and not by what they do.
I say to keep on hating, Hell any group will do
until the day the group they hate also includes you.
