Knowing Obama
by I relate here about some facts about Barack Obama’s personal lifestyle.
1. He is a great lover of books, especially fiction, mainly Spiderman comics, Harry Potter books and Conan the Barbarian comics, Moby-Dick.
2. He plays basket ball well, and so he was called ‘O’Bomber’ in his high school. His name means ‘one who is blessed’. He plans to build a basketball court in the White House.
3. He is a good knwledgable writer. He has won grammy award in 2006 for his audio version of his memoir ‘Dreams from my Father’.
4. He is left handed. He owns a set of boxing gloves autpgraphed by mohammad ali.
5. He has worked in Baskin-Robbins icecream shop as a teenager and now can’t stand icecream. His favourite dish is chocolate-peanut protein bars and his wife’s shrimp linguini. He has eaten dog meat, snake meat and roated grasshopper while living in Indonesia.
6. His many friends while in Indonesia were ‘Street Urchins’.
7. His desk in his Senate office once belonged to Robert Kennedy.
8. He and michelle made $4.2 million last year, making the most from sales of his books.
9. He doesn’t drink coffee and rarely takes alcohol. But as a teenager he has taken drugs including Marijuana and Cocaine.
