Leagalize Marijuana

 Lifes funny in ways, You would think that making cancer patients feel better and people with eating disorders healthy again and many other people with medical conditions feel better the government would jump too the ideal of legalizing it but No. They say that Marijuana is a drug that is a gateway too worse drugs like cocaine,and heroine, Ha, i laugh at that because the drugs they give the people with medical conditions are highly addicting and have hundreds of side affects even death, Marijuana’s biggest side affect is sleeping or having a couple of burritos. “There are reasons Marijuana should not be legalized”, sais many politicians , some of their reasons include, Being under the influence of Marijuana while driving they even goes as far too say that the “Drug” could lead to a lapse in judgment to cause harder crimes such as rape or robbery, WOW, is all i can say about this statement and i have too ask where are their studies done on this where do they even get this from , the most Marijuana is going too cause you too do is laugh uncontrollably at that statement. And if their so worried about driving while Under the influence of Marijuana then they should just make it the same thing as a D.U.I. even though being under the influence of Marijuana has no similar affects of alcohol, but there’s an solution.Some give reasoning like they consider use of the drug as morally wrong. Many religions and moral codes prohibit the use of intoxicating substances. Marijuana is generally considered to fit into this category, But what about laughing gas, pain pills, and cough medicine which are also intoxicating substances, and there are many more absurd, crazy, childish, statements that are used by the curropt money hungry politicians. And “money hungry”, here is the key word for why the”leaf” is not legalized . Legalizing Marijuana would cause the drug company’s that are killing people every year and giving them brain damage or even causing them too die would loose money and so would the “pigs”(cops) ha ha who arrest people everyday for this harmless substance the pigs and the states and government who put people in prison every year for a harmless drug taking peoples life away from them. Now here are the reasons Marijuana should be legalized   ,The drug generally isn’t more harmful than alcohol or tobacco if used in moderation, Limiting the use of the drug intrudes on personal freedom,Legalization would mean a lower price; thus, related crimes (like theft) would be reduced,There are medical benefits such as the those for cancer patients,there are a number of medical benefits of marijuana, most notably in the treatment of patients undergoing chemotherapy. Others believe it helps in the treatment of depression. Certain states like California have brought initiatives to legalize the drug for at least medicinal purposes,It could be a source of additional tax revenues. An enormous amount of money is raised through government taxation of alcohol, cigarettes, and other “sins”. The legalization of marijuana would create another item that could be taxed. I’m sure the government would have no problem spending all that extra money, were talking about billions of millions of dollars.Drug dealers (including some terrorists) would lose most or all of their business,Drug busts often trap young people in a flawed system that turns them into lifelong criminals. And Marijuana is less harmless than alcohol and tobacco which tobacco kills 430,000 people a year and alcohol kills 85,000 people a year and poor diet which could be caused by smoking Marijuana is 350,000. Many causes of death are by prescription drugs every year which marijuana could be a great alternative too these drugs. There has never been any causes of death caused by Marijuana not one because it is physically impossible to overdose on Marijuana now tell me why does the government want it illegal ? Well obviously they could care less about the people all they care about is the money in their pockets.
