Lindsay Lohan Violates Probation, Begs for Mercy

Lindsay Lohan was removed from the community service program she was working with as per her probation requirements. As a result, she’s up for a court hearing this Wednesday – and if the judge decides to give her the proper sentencing she’ll face more than a year of prison time.

A Lindsay Lohan probation violation like this is nothing new, but Lindsay hopes her 24 hours of community service will be enough to keep her out of jail. She apparently only needed 16 hours before Wednesday.

If her plan works she’ll only be looking at about two weeks of prison, maybe even less. Of course, she’ll be going head to head with Judge Sautner, the same Judge Sautner who promised to send Lindsay Lohan to jail the next time she violated probation.
