Marijuana vs.. Alcohol and Drugs
How they differ from each other.
For a long time, we all debate on whether marijuana really is helpful and beneficial to others, but we ALL know that there’s quite a lot of statistics proven that people who have consumed a lot of alcohol in their system, have died, or have some diseases associating with the liver or some other diseases. People who consumed hard drugs such as heroin, cocaine, or even meth, have some psychological disorders, as well as physical diseases because there are so many different chemicals and substances in these drugs that would cause death and diseases in people.
Now, have you seen at least some of the PROVEN statistics that people have died from overdosing on marijuana? Or have gotten some diseases from marijuana? I don’t frankly think so.
Here’s the statistics from a website I found (LegalizationOfMarijuana, N.D.):
TOBACCO …………………… 400,000
ALCOHOL …………………… 100,000
ALL LEGAL DRUGS ………….20,000
ALL ILLEGAL DRUGS ……….15,000
CAFFEINE …………………….2,000
ASPIRIN ………………………500
MARIJUANA …………………. 0

Mind-boggling facts right there, that’s for sure. I’m sure you’re thinking, No way, that is impossible. But it is true. Marijuana does not cause brain damage, or kill brain cells, whereas alcohol and drugs do, of course.
I think marijuana should definitely be legalized, because I’m sure all hospitals are tired of seeing people being overdosed on alcohol or drugs everyday and then most percent of these people die. On the other hand, if marijuana is legalized, then YAY, we Americans would be filthy rich in minutes! Economies would definitely rise and markets would be on the top and not booming out of businesses all the time.
Think about it. Go Green.
