The pictures show the attacker and the victim flat down on the sidewalk in a pool of blood, with the attacker is dead from gunshotwounds. The victim is lifeless and his face is no longer there. After seeing this aftermath it is hard to believe that another human being did this, especially one being called “a beautiful person” by former classmates, according to the Sun Sentinel . The attacker, Rudy Eugene, was one of the nicest teenagers anyone would want to meet according to Victoria Forte, a North Miami former classmate of his. Forte claims, “Drugs did this to him. Drugs took over a personwe knew as a beautiful person.”

Cassandra Metayer, who also went high school and middle school with Eugene and whose cousin was once married to him, said the attack wasn’t at all consistent with his personality, according to the Huffington Post . “This type of behavior is very unexpected,” Metayer claims “He was a good person, a true friend. He was a nice, outgoing ready-to-help-anybody kind of guy.. I’mnot just saying that; he really was that person.” The 31 year-old homeless man, Rudy Eugene, was shot to death after police failed to get him to respond to an order to back away from the man he was eating. Eugene looked up at the officer and growled, but continued to tear the man’s face apart by biting off chunks of fleshwith his mouth. The officer had no choice but to pump shots intoEugene until he was no longer a threat to the victim. He died of gunshot wounds. Ronald Poppo, 65, lay next to Eugene in a pool of blood, lifelessand with a face that was not recognizable as a person. He was taken to a near-by hospital whereher remains in critical condition today. Police believe Eugene was under the influence of bath salts, a new type of drug prevalent today.
