Mobile – a Bane and a Boon.

Mobiles are gadgets developed for the convenience of people on the move. They help us a lot in communicating with those far away from us. Every invention has its own advantages and disadvantages. This is true even while using mobiles which are very useful to us. It all depends on how well we make use of our cell phones and how careful we are while using them.

There are a few things to be remembered and strictly followed while speaking on our mobiles. It is very dangerous to talk while the mobile is connected to the charger and the electricity is on. Many accidents happen because of short circuits which lead to the passing of current to the user and he loses his hearing or sometimes his hands get burnt. It may even be fatal.

Never speak on a cell phone when there is heavy thunder and lightning as this may also end in accidents because of high voltage absorbed by these gadgets.

Many people who drive a car or ride on a bike never pay heed to the advice “do not talk on mobiles while driving”. Talking on cell phones while driving distracts our attention and ends in accidents. Even pedestrians who cross the roads or railway tracks are so engrossed in their talk over cell phone that they become victims of accidents and lose their precious lives.

It is very essential that we learn and follow all precautionary measures while utilizing the advantages of Scientific and technical gadgets.
