Needed Facelift for Corporate America

Speaking On The Topic Involving Background Checks…The New Trend Of Discrimination In Corporate America.

Before 2000, there were only a few employers who actually invested is such discriminatory acts. During the times prior, it was about being able to verify information placed on an application and calling the references provided by the potential employee. Many citizens pay their taxes; however, do not know the laws structured to protect them within their daily pursuits and believe it or not the “game players” who acts as the puppeteers for what one gets and does not get, hopes you to be a person who is not in “the know”…this way it’s easier to play the mind games.  The trend in corporate America now is finding ways to disqualify a potential employee. This is why I have no compassion for corporations, whose executives are being prosecuted for benefit infringements, such as 401k plans. I am glad old corporate America is fading by being downsized and outsourced. This entity has constructed legal barriers against cultures of people within achieving greater goals for the improvements of their families. It is time citizens take responsibilities for their own success and failure. Therefore…”BURN old corporate America…BURN”!

I have read and witnessed much information about the Jews (who are really Jebusites) experiencing slavery and discrimination due to their culture and way of life; however, their experiences only last for 6 to 10 years…their pain has no realistic measures to the agony lived by pure-blood native Americans (not American Indians) and African Americans in this day and time. Even though, we have a Nubian president…corporate America still suffers from an overdue facelift…there is currently a new factor for discrimination and it’s legally titled “background check”.
