Nigeria My Nation

I have been in this country for years and i am yet to know why our leaders are so self centred that i am scared  i might go mad if i continue to complain and cry for a child that have decided to ruin his future by the sweetness of today.Our leaders have turned us into slaves in our own land.A land filled with milk and honey.The promised land that have become a curse to the good people of Nigeria.The question now is; what am i going to do,so that i can save this child of Destiny called NIGERIA? The answer to that question was un-answer-able at first but later i discovered that NIGERIANS are ignorant of the functions of the government and that an average NIGERIAN does not know his constitutional rights.Nigerians accept anything that comes from the government without questioning.People are so scared of questioning the government because of the ugly experiences that  those who questioned the military regimes went through.I call it NIGERIA OF MILITARY SLAVERY.NIGERIA as a nation lack the fundamentals of democracy.Our leaders since the emergence of democracy are what i call dictator-democrats.The simple truth remains that NIGERIA will only be rebuilt if and only if we stand up as a nation and say that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.NIGERIANS have suffered in the past,they are still suffering in this present day,but will they suffer in the future? The answer to that question is a food for thought for every NIGERIAN.
