To unite all the world’s populations into the fold of one nation would require a significantly different approach to how we currently conduct politics.We have traditionally behaved with strictly a group mentality.
Groups serve the purpose of defending it’s members from loss or attacking others to make gains.
This approach causes divisions of all kinds.
Mainly the divisions are based on race, religion, regions, etc. Because the people put their political power in the hands of group representatives, governments reward their group with privileges that it denies those not in the group. Therefore, to operate a successful one world order, the leader must NOT recognize any groups!
The leader must protect every person FROM groups!The law of the globe must be based of the protection and preservation of human and civil rights AND INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS. One law based on the protection of the individual.If everyone was secure in the knowledge that the government will uphold their individual rights of freedom, then the need to join groups will diminish.

People don’t like a government that is too remote. People would join together to break away from a world government even if it did protect individual rights simply because it was based too far away and they felt excluded.
