One or Two Thoughts About Women’s Issues

There are many writers and movies on women. One of the writers Simone de Beauvoir was the partner of a nobel peace prize in literature Jean Paul Sartre. The memorable movies about women are for example the one that Marilyn Monroe played in on “How to Marry a Millionaire” therefore should know that there are universal issues and local issues which can effect her and her family.

Well, a woman is a person who is normally married with children most of the time. A woman can work and raise her children at the same time in this type of society. Women encounter problems with regards of marriage which affects the way society views them. A woman can be considered a woman at the age of emancipation which is eighteen years old. Women should be given more importance especially by the health system because they bear the children of tomorrow. Women should receive more education and especially physical education to help them exercise and be able to be active longer to help the children and their husbands.

Ideally a woman can bear children. If she cannot bear children then there are fertility clinic to help her. This involves to help her take her temperature. Usually it is because of low temperature that the the woman cannot have children. There are countries which limit the number of children a woman can have for instance China in the past with the policy of Chairman Mao former communist leader of China because of over population. The dilemma is that some couples are deceived when it is a girl who is born first.  This is not reasonable especially because China is a country which had agriculture as the basis of its economy like any traditional society which is more royalist. In agriculture, women are more favoured than men. This is clear in Central Africa in Burundi and Rwanda as well as in Congo Kinshasa where we talk about the bantou population which is also found in Zimbabwe and South Africa.

The women need more consideration and they have to be paid for their efforts when they do activities on the farm. There is a phenomenon which is the rural exodus of men to the towns who go to look for money to invest on their farms and send their children to school. The problem is that most of the time the women are left on their own and they wait for the harvest and they have to do all they can to find brides for their sons who will stay on the farm with them.

There are women who are not happily married and this affects their status. In most societies if the girls has not studied she has to marry someone. This can sound logic because this gives her a chance to have her own children who she will send to school and who will be able to make enought income. The issue is that the girl has to know what she wants in a marraige and not to be abused by a man who does not respect her. There is more information on how to cope with domestic violence and especially with women abuse.

The age of emancipation which is ideally eighteen years old for men and women helps to know when society can intervene to let know both men and women their rights especially with regards to work regulation and children rights. The age of emancipation is written in constitutions of countries. There are countries which have adopted twenty one years old as the age of majority. It is important to organize elections to regulate the legislation with regards of the age of emancipation otherwise there are societies which never consider a woman as emancipated or she is emancipated only when she is married to a man. The health system can help define when a woman is emancipated especially when there is too much power from her family which inhibites her and does not let her express her real problems.

There are activities like physical sports which can help the woman organise her body so that she can be able to bear more children and help in activities which are normally reserved to men. This demands tolerance. Women have hard time going to the gym because they are not welcome there. There are summer olympic games and winter olympic games as well as paraplegic olympic games which are organised periodically and often there are conflicts around them. It is not a surprise that the olympic games where invented in Greece by Baron Pierre de Coubertin. In fact, the history of Greece shows many problems with regards to the management of the land. There is a history of violence from Greece around physical violence and women and men are separeted in that type of society. The women are in a gynesy and that is where the word gynecology comes from which is the science of women and how they bear children.
