Out of Body Experiences
by More commonly known as OBE outer body experiences are more common than you may realise. Astral projection can actually be practiced with the help of certain relaxation teqniques and auto suggestive cds.
The society of Psychical Research was founded in 1882 and was set up to examine without prejudice and in a scientific spirit those things which appear real or supposed or just inexplicable. The of course have studies out of body experiences more commonly know as OBE’S which are very common. Such experiences may follow from an accident or when being operated on however they can also occur spontaneously and even at will. People have been said to produce a state of OBE Voluntarily.
It is also said that at night when we sleep we all astral project and leave our bodies during some point, however as most of us are unaware of this it can seem hard to believe. Having studied auras in great detail we now know that we are connected by what is known as an astral chord. Providing this chord remains attached to our earthly body we will always return during sleep, it is only when the chord is severed through death that we no longer remain in our earthly body. This then leads us to look at life after death. If our astral body can travel freely whilst still alive, what happens to it when we die? If we continue our journey without our body how do we communicate?
People who have had these experiences have said they communicate quite easily with others by way of telepathy. This is how mediums connect to their spirit guides.
