Positive Effects of Global Warming on Canada

Positive effects of global warming on Canada.

Global has a positive effect on Canada. First of all, the tree line is moving northward, in which will cause CO2 levels to go down. To prove this, the arctic willow is growing bigger and northward. The prairie forests are moving northward also, which means the extra amount of better suited trees will be able to convert more CO2. Next, agriculture will improve immensely. The Yukon is starting to grow crops as the permafrost ground melts. The provinces that already cultivate crops will have a lengthened growing season as the summer is longer. Next Canada will be more a part of the shipping industry as a north shipping route is being cleared by the warmer temperature. Canada will be able to collect more income from the ships that come by daily or monthly.  At last the warmer winters will cause less property and health related damage.  Cold stress will cause less illnesses and deaths as it will be happening less. Intense winter storms/blizzards are going to cause less damage to properties as the snow will be more water like than solid like. Thus, global warming has a positive effect on Canada.

I agrre with most of this, but saying less cold related deaths in winter only means more summer, already the amount of heat related sickness/death is almost 6 times more that of cold related :P
