Priests Should be Issued Opsex Marriage Permits for Winter Season

Priests in the U.S.A. and Ireland should be issued opsex marriage permits in time for the spring season.

Go ahead–give priests permits to marry OPSEX. A priest is a free man or woman and needs no permission to marry. Bureaucrats would like the new taxes though.

Martin Luther plainly reinforced the Bible paradigm that all Christians are priests, and that there is only one high priest. For those who don’t know, we may read in the book of Hebrews that Jesus Christ is the High Priest. A priesthood of believers is the righteous format for Christian assemblies. Our Lord said that the elect never marry. The apostle Paul said that it’s better to remain single if possible, yet marriage is o.k. for those that cannot contain themselves in the temporal world. In some environments it is better for all to have a wife-in preference to sexual promiscuity the criterion seemingly may be inferred. Some very swinish human social environment may proliferate such that monogamy seems an incredible achievement.

Since Adam and Eve displayed such willfulness in the test Garden of Eden mankind has been in something of a corrections facility. For their own good human beings were transformed into mortals in order that their little god status would be contained. With original sin/error in their constitutions they would have gone very far off a rational relationship with God if able to eat of the tree of life in addition to the tree of knowledge. They would have learned to create Universes for themselves perhaps, and have been very confused about what a human form should even be.

It isn’t because men and women living together innately have less than spiritual concerns on their minds that the New Testament seems to have a preference for single Christians. In fact it is alright for people to remain as they are in their own lives for the penultimate nature of the world makes the issue comparatively unimportant. Christians may marry or not, yet if they do they should do so in accord with what is offered as the right way to do that.

Some secularized ecclesiastical structures have created their own ontologies with deontological criteria for being a member in good standing of such organization as either an upper class Christian/priest or a second class Christian pew-setter. Because people are free to organize as they prefer so long as they are not seditious basically, it is the right of any group legally to restrict qualifications for any position to those such as the membership or organizational rulers deem appropriate. It isn’t simply a Biblical matter then.
