Problems of Our World
Information about what happens on the outside. Problems of the world and how we add to them.
So your life is full of problems right? Your having trouble in school. Your salary is too low. Your job is too hard. Your boss is giving you a hard time. All these things can be of an annoyance but when you tell someone they usually say “ Someone in the world always has it worse then you do”. You probably think “ Yeah yeah I’ve heard that about a billion times. How do I know that true”. Well let’s find out what really goes on in the world. After all the universe does not revolve around us……
Natural disasters. They’re getting worse and worse. Did you know that during the 1st few months of 2008 the number of deaths climbed to a staggering 229,000 deaths? It’s on us to send in what we have to help them. It’s proven that we can. Why don’t we do it?
Every year 15 million children die of hunger. But this will make sick to your stomach. For the price of one missile, a school full of hungry children could eat lunch every day for 5 years. Throughout the 1990’s more than 100 million children will die from illness and starvation. Those 100 million deaths could be prevented for the price of ten Stealth bombers, or what the world spends on its military in two days! Every 3.6 seconds someone dies of hunger.
You hear things about the people in Africa and how much they suffer. The question is how much do they suffer?
Well some of us are donating money, food, blood, and it seems like we are helping but there is a force greater then us that undoes all of our work without any effort. That force is us. We do it. Well at least we pay for it…

Sorry for the biiig mistake. I put some pretty effective pictures but they seem to have not come up. Sorry. The only thing you’ll get out of this are a few useful facts. Please comment on those. Thank you.
