Problems with The Concept of a Civilized Person

The concept of civilization is problematic for social scientists because if they decide a certain set definition for civilized, a person who doesn’t meet one of those qualities is deemed inferior to those who are civilized. This causes racial issues because if one race is more “civilized,”then they will call themselves superior and enslave or take advantage of the other race. Those uncivilized people arr also called savages and therefore get the appearance of cannibalism and senseless violence makers. The social scientists must also consider multiple points of view, because what on person considers civilized, another might not.
