The issue on same sex marriage has gained an increasing height almost everyday in many societies today. News regarding popular celebrities and personalities advocating same sex marriage has challenged many members of the so called third sex to demand greater rights and recognition in the society.
However, this issue shall not allow a single moment in any legislative body to pass as this require serious attention and legal enactments for legitimacy purposes. While in many societies , nowadays, the third sex community has been greatly tolerated if not fully accepted, most especially among liberal societies; however, among traditionalists, this is a serious issue to be considered.
Aside from the moral implication, the issue on same sex marriage has to pass through rigid legislative scrutiny, that may result to a revised if not revolutionized concept as compared to the traditional idea of marriage.

Under the traditional view, marriage is viewed as a legal union between two different or opposite sexes: man and woman. Although I may consider that the legal obstacle can be remedied also by a necessary legal enactment to achieved the desired legality; a matter that should well be addressed to every nation’s legislative body. For unless the traditional definition will not be changed, there’s no way that this issue can gain due recognition and legality in a traditional world.
On this issue, I prefer not to tackle the moral side due to its relativity.; for what is moral to some may not be moral to others and conversely. Just the same, what is legal may not necessarily be moral. However, it is safer to delve on the legal implication rather than the moral side to avoid stereotyping and in due respect to a fellow human beings also. Being members of the third sex, I admit, they are entitled utmost attention from their concerned authorities. In the same manner, to exercisese their right to be heard as legitimate members of the community.
Legalization of same se marriage has something to do with the formulation of legal remedy in the real sense; an issue which third sex members should address to their respective political representatives. Meantime, remaining the issue unresolved, every individual in the society should not forget each right and dignity as members of any civil community. For whatever will be the decision of the concerned lawmakers, everybody should honor and obey.
