Schools Need to Change Food for the Change in America
Many kids are fat and over weight from eating greasy food. They don’t know how to stop so when they come to school lunch they eat and eat and eat.
Do you have any idea what you eat at lunch? You would be surprised if you find out. Everything is saturated with fat and if you eat it on a daily basis you would be obese. Eating it is good every once in a while, but not every day. If you bring lunch you will get things you need like get energy through out the day, grow the way you should, and not get sick which school lunches failed to achieve and many more. Therefore we should change the lunch menu and let kids decide to eat right or not.
Health problems are one of the worst reasons. Change the menu for your health because a giant cause of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and hypertonic is from school lunches. Who cares if they’re sweet and yummy your health is more important. According to the recent study school lunches are fatter then they should be. That is not good at all. That food can really hurt your body. Change it for your health even a little bit can be helpful. Just a little change can help us. If you change it a little it will make some kids happy. Also you don’t have to make the change noticeable. All you need to do is just vegetables to some lunches. Such as mixing the salad and chicken together. That would be good and healthy. The only thing that is stopping me from eating it is how it looks. I don’t think it looks good at all. I’m sure that’s the case for most kids. You changed the menu but forgot about the vending machines. Vending machines in school filled with candy, soda, ice cream is terrible.

Kids will sometimes just get soda some candy bars and that’s it and that isn’t good. It is just like the lunch menu. Other kids and I need to quit eating sweets so you need to take out those vending machines. Every time I buy lunch I get ice cream. I did that so many times one day I came home ate some ice cream. Then three hours I ate some more and that wasn’t good at all. Then I never did that again but some kids do it every day. Sooner or later kids will get one a day then two, three, four, and so on. That is not good at all so try to make everything different. To sum it up you just have to change almost everything. Everyone will change their diet and eat healthy and be healthy. Now is the time to act. Change the menu otherwise all that I told u well happen to us. Remember to change it or well be fat kids who can’t walk. I hope you choose correctly and change the menu.

And of course fast food is also the main problem
