		<description>This article would profit from some solid figures.  Having been (once) one of the &quot;starving in America&quot;, I won&#039;t necessarily argue that all is well for everyone.   Young men without families and other singles tend to have a rockier time than those who have children because our assistance programs are geared toward aid to dependent children.  However, a RANT offers little in the way of evidence and less in the way of solutions.</description>
