Suggesting That People Paying Cash Should Pay More Then E-z Pass Subscribers,

I recently read in NJ Bergen Record Paper  View section some Gentlemen

Suggesting that people paying cash should pay more then E-Z Pass subscribers, perhaps he is right but? Let see why many vehicles are paying cash. For example I drive two vehicles, one has E-ZPass the other does not, one that does not have E-ZPass which I use for work and the reason for not having E-ZPass is because I need to know how much is the toll why that is irrelevant, now if I was to stop in toll booth and log down each time and if it has display of transaction I don’t think that would make any sense and needless to say if any one was behind me would like that. There is another thing that so far never being address. The E-ZPass Is illegal and unconstitutional you may say that is stupid I am afraid not so! According to laws on books in all states in USA whenever money exchange hands you are entitle to receive the receipt by the law whenever receipt is not giving you are entitled to refuse payment and if we had judges that fallow the constitution of this country and you are not offer receipt you should have right to continued with out payment. E-ZPass also should not demand payment on front that is not the way business is done. There are few states that are taking advantages’ of their Citizens and some people called progress “yes it is but at whose expanse” that is never mention. Yes infrastructure is necessity but there are states in our country that are abusing system, toll are put on the Roads, Bridges, Tunnels “For” the Roads, Bridges and Tunnels’ however some states and cities are using this tolls for other things then it was to be use for! This is what we should look at!!!  “Thank You”
