Survey, Contest and Writing Scams

One can discover the truth behind some or all of these survey companies…rule of thumb if there is a free offer there has to be something behind it..

In my mind they are out to get information from you but you have to be at a certain economic level otherwise the survey does not work and your points do not tally up. The companies do not ward you of an income bracket requirement to fill out a survey or a spending requirement. This you find out as the survey for a product is filled out and by that time you have already spent ten or fifteen minutes of your precious time answering questions about your private life, education and so on.

My advice is do not stoop for these surveys which I had also attempted in the past and was never rewarded but believed there would be a change in the their management scheme. No way. There is a clear preference to those that earn more which is alright by me but I wish I new earlier. The same can be said for contests that sooner or later require you to enter your pin number from your cell phone. The cell phone is still a luxury for me and I do not need it. To get your contest reward you have to log in a key on your cell phone which means after you have spent time answering questions to begin with and goping through the ntroductory page and filling out your personal inforamtion, you are suddenly disqualified because there is no way for you to receive this code.

It has been said that this is a rich man’s world and here is the proof, even though one may argue that there are plenty of poor people around who have managed to pay for cell phones. One would have thought that these schemes would help the lower  income earner that he could be able to make some small improvement to his economic advantage. They actually favor the economically adbantaged person who is going to buy the home or car that the survey is about because then he or she can give their feedback on the parameters of their purchase. a lower income person is less likely to make such a purchase and that is way so many of these syrveys cut off at that point. It helps to know this before the game begins though.

The same can be said for writing sites that continually pay pennies after years of adding articles and then promise you more when they say that they have been bought out by a large publishing concern, so write more it will say and you will be rewarded. One or two self publishing sites will bombard you with publishing requests made by peopel who cannot even speak the language properly and you wonder what on earth you are doing wasting your time with those prospects. Still one has to look into things to find out about their worth if you are not going to get some advise or do some research before you start. The best thing is to do the research on the  google search engine about the solvency of these companies and what their credentials are.

Some survey sites actually do pay. Payments are small but real.

I agree with you, for those of us who are struggling to make ends meet, they want us to shell out more money. Rediculous.
    Doesn’t make sense at all.
