Teenagers in America: Part 2

Violence is awful no mater what kind it is. This includes fights, gang violence and suicide. The victims of teen violence are most often other teenagers. I personally think violence is ridiculous. Look at how many teens die from car accidents and things like that we don’t need violence. How can you let a kid into a building and not know if they have a weapon? I think every public place needs to have a scanning system that lets security know and see weather or not people have weapons. There are so many ways to avoid violence. One don’t ever start it ,two walk away, and three don’t ever let a situation get too far. Gang violence is probably the worst, because when there is a gang involve it’s always more than just one person. It’s sad to see so many teens dying as a result or violence.  There is never  a good reason for violence. There are crimes that don’t ever make sense  such as gay crimes, race, sex, being the new kid in  town, liking a certain person, and so much more. So many teens end up in lock up because of these crimes. I myself have been in violent situations. I have gone to jail for hitting another person , but  what that police officer failed to believe is that it was self defense. I had to go to court many times  for an ex boyfriend hitting and punching me  that’s when that officer believed it was self defense my case was dropped and he’s locked up. Domestic violence is no joke. Violence  is no joke. It harms more than just your  record, it affects those involved. Think before you harm another person.
