Thanks! It Failed
Obama health care bill.
The letter posted on the website asks the respondent to support the Obama health care plan and congratulate him for his efforts and fine job he is doing. The form has a place for you to fill in your personal information with some options, such as address and phone number. The letter also states that health care reform has to pass this year. Really? Again, what is the rush?
Grassley said the activities on this website raise many serious questions. Well Mr. Senator, I do believe there is a whole lot more than the particular website that raises serious questions.
Not only has the website, the whole Administration raised serious questions in the minds of many. The website the Senator referred to is not worthy of visiting, as the people who operate it have proven to be biased and undependable.
Perhaps if the President truly listened to the voices of the American citizens, he would slow down on getting the health care bill passed and concentrate on the six million jobs we were promised. Forty-nine out of fifty states is suffering an extreme amount of unemployment. Jobs are apparently not the priority of the President. Without jobs, how are we to pay the cost of his health care plan? Is he riding on the goat before the cart?
In essence, it seems that for a trite moment, we will be able to continue enjoying the best health care the world has to offer. We need a Insurance reform, one with lower premiums that we all can afford, but certainly not the government run healthcare that we have been offered. I am sick to the limit hearing about health care. Why not give us a reform tort and allow us to cross state lines to purchase? How hard is that to figure out? Why all the 1500-1800 hundred pages of gibberish that none of us understands? We were not all educated at Harvard, nor did we all work in the Chicago streets as a Community Organizer.
“The power under the Constitution will always be in the people. It is entrusted for certain defined purposes, and for a certain limited period, to representatives of their own choosing; and whenever it is executed contrary to their interest, or not agreeable to their wishes, their servants can, and undoubtedly will, be recalled.” George Washington, 1787
