THE HATERS come and THE HATERS go. In this world of ours the haters do thrive but for every hater there’s a person who loves you. What can you do about THE HATERS? The haters! Everyone has a few. Someone always hates someone else. The haters can spoil your good mood. The haters try to force their hater-aide down your throat. If your not careful they’ll choke your joy.
The haters hate you and your mother too. The haters read into your words and distort your meaning. The haters can be like bull dogs with a bone. Their mission on earth is to rattle your nerves and steal your peace.
The haters hate for reasons unknown or known. Seems like they have a vendetta against you. Don’t worry it’s nothing personal, they most likely have a vendetta against the whole world.
The haters hate you because your talented. The haters hate you because your handsome or pretty. The haters hate you because you drive a nice car.
The haters hate you because you have a pure breed dog. The haters hate you because other people love you. The haters hate you for some of the silliest reasons. Sometimes they don’t even know why they hate.
The haters will even hate you because you write a blog or pen articles on-line. The reasons the haters hate are as plentiful as the stars in the sky.
I love the haters because I understand that they are very unhappy people. They feel inadequate about themselves. This is a shame but haters suffer from low esteem and the only way they feel good is if they can upset someone.
They are in need of therapy and love. They need to learn their own worth. They need to cultivate their unique talents. This is when they will stop hating others. Love is a powerful thing on every level.
The haters may be people you never even met. Yet they find you by way of your blog or website. They scamper about on your blog dropping the hater-aide remarks. Leaving 200 word comments. Yep! Sometimes the comments are longer than your article or blog post. Go figure!
You can nuke! the haters using the following three tips:
1. Don’t respond or delay a response
The haters love a quick response. They crave attention. They feel intimidated by you for whatever reasons and they wish to fight. If you comment on something they sprawled on your blog, their comment will climb up the ladder in Google. The Haters sit hunched over their computer waiting for your treasured response. The hater who hates on you in person seeks this same attention. Ignore them because you have better things to do. The Haters love to upset folk. Don’t give them the satisfaction. Ignoring someone really gets their goat.
2. Respond only to rational arguments from the haters
Sometimes the haters may say something that makes sense. Sometimes the haters may write a comment on your blog that has a drop or two of sense embedded in it. When this is the case, respond with great peace and rational logic. Put the ‘ doctor here to help ‘ tone in your words. Lead to concrete facts in your writings or comment calmly. Rage from haters sound not be met with rage from you. If your calm this should diffuse and nuke them like a peace pill. Some folks are just plain passionate, you will have to judge whether they fit the hater case file.
3. Delete, delete and delete again
The haters comments will have no strength if you delete them. Don’t even read the haters hateful spew. When confronted by one of the haters in person, walk away, refuse to listen, act as if you don’t even see them. Ignore them in public and on-line. The haters will get tired step off.
Last but not least, the haters are not your enemy. They are an enemy only to themselves. After all the haters not only hate you they hate themselves. You have to feel sorry for someone like that. Say a prayer for them. Plus, statistics prove that one out of every ten people will dislike you for absolutely no reason.
The haters are famous and often welcomed by high profile people. Scott Boras, a famous sports agent once said ” If your good at what you do 95% of things said about you will be negative.”

A very well-written article and to the point. These are excellent tips Marlene, however, when haters are spreading rumors about you and making false accusations on a writing site then it’s something that you should not ignore. It falls under defamation of character and if there’s enough evidence, then it’s possible to follow through with a law suit.
