The Problems of The Indigenous of The Jungle in Peru
Article about the Indian problem in Peru, which occurred in 2009, which ended with the deaths of 21 police and native people, a notice to the Peruvian authorities to help these people and avoid bloodshed.
In Peru in 2009 occurred a protest by minority groups in the population, who live in the Amazon jungle.
Small groups of native Spanish speakers were not deceived by extremist leaders, who told them that the current government had sold their land, water from rivers, Bosquez, etc, to Europe.
This deception caused these poor people marched from their villages to the cities away from Bagua, Tarapoto, to protest in the belief that they were being dispossessed of their land.
The law enacted by the government, protects the rights of communities, the forest peoples.
Nowhere is true that it has sold its territories, that was the lie of the nationalist parliamentarians and others in Bolivia and Venezuela.
The point is that these stocks had their leader and representative, one Pizango, who do not clarify the truth of things, but rather the going upward to commit a series of riots that ended in murder, death, who have not yet been clarified.
The truth of the matter is that the Indians were not at all deprived of their rights, no one has sold their land and will have the want to protect from illegal logging, the presence of drug traffickers.
If you tell the mayor has sold his house, he has finished, will run the municipality sure to protest. But before doing so you should read the documents, the rules, which have been used to such abuse. But if you have not read anything, what kinds of claims?
On the other hand, the government must pay more interest to lead these people, education, health, roads, infrastructure, titling of their lands, so they do not have success strategies for communities in Peru.
There is a very strong struggle to garner the support of the people for future elections of 2011. The Humala backed this misguided strategy “to deceive and throw Amazonian villagers to protest.” Winning the vote of small towns and abandoned, is a foolish strategy.
But nothing will serve them because they are small populations in Peru’s electoral spectrum are almost negligible.
Rather what they should do all candidates is to present proposals democratic, viable, realistic, favors the great majority of Peruvians, without distinction.
Amazonian peoples living in poverty and neglect, we must put an end to this injustice, for that communism can use them more, for his macabre political projects.
The day that indigenous peoples and farmers see their bloom where they are located, when you see get electricity, potable water, health posts, hospitals, no more no protest.
MBE should be established in each province in areas inhabited by the natives.
An MBE – State Basic Module would be a set of public premises such as hospitals, educational centers, public records, Store Cattle, Juxgado Peace. So these people would see the presence of the state, could educate their children, met for vaccines, health treatment, to register their properties, buy or sell through the store livestock (milk, oil, rice, beans, chicken, beef fruits), and get justice in their own people.
Investments in the forest should be those that give work to that population, not outsiders. Make paths, roads, cart tracks, reforestation, would give employment to these people. Accelerate the titling of these people would help a lot, to find a happy ending to this issue.
The indigenous peoples are abandoned in the jungle, which not attended or assistance and are kept away from progress.
The day we see these people get water and electricity, hospitals, schools for their children, telephones, post polciales, the day that they hand over their title to ancestral lands that they occupy, that day there will be justice for them started today millennia denied pretexts.
The state should not turn a deaf ear to their just demands, children in these regions suffer “human rabies, and boldness is very little offered to them, to heal their children.
The Amazonian native is considered a long as a citizen without rights, your life is not worth the same, that of Lima, from Arequipa, they are fools, with palliatives, but nothing is done to get them out of poverty, the carrier delays of abandonment.
The state should build in their communities, schools, hospitals, rural housing projects, bringing clean water, electricity, building pisicgranjas, training centers in: carpentry, livestock, agriculture, reforestation, veterinary, technical enfermria, police stations, so that these people without abandoning their land, communities see the progress and stop their protests, which are fair.
If the Peruvian government is pretending to be deaf, ignoring these communities, trying to sell their land to oil companies to exploit oil destroy them, will be fulfilled the prophecy of Manuel Gonzales Prada
Tomorrow, where there are waves of proletarians who are released to attack the walls of the old society, predators and oppressors palpated when they reached the decisive battle without quarter. Appeal to their armies, but the soldiers counted in the number of the rebels, cry to heaven, but the gods remain deaf and dumb. Then flee to fortify castles and palaces, believing that somewhere venirles be some help. Seeing that the help does not arrive and the menacing head waves boiled in the four points of the horizon, look at their faces and feeling pity for themselves (those who never felt anyone’s) repeated on terror: Is the flood the barbarian! But a voice, formed by the sound of innumerable voices, responds: We are not the flood of barbarism, we are the flood of justice
Smile and be happy, but do not cheat anyone to build support, but not play with fire, that sooner or later abandoned populations explode and no one can stop them when they search for their thirst for justice, to shed blood … “
