The Self Behind The Scenes

The public face is very different from what goes on behind the scenes. In the case of public transit rates have gone up and people still have to contend with drivers that are lazy and insulting. So the use of flash video taking could be a new way of making the greater public aware if a misdeed in any sector. Shame is strong card to play against abusers of a public system or any systems where there are certain guidelines which have been laid down for how a municipality or any organization meets the needs of people on which it is owing to.

On occasion an employee can be told not to wash his dirty laundry in front of unsuspecting serviced staff or other employees as discretion is the rule of the organization. If the person does not fit he may be reminded or he could be given the door. The place to air his woes would be best behind closed doors. Such cases can arise in restaurants where a distraught waitress airs her views of the proprietor in front of guests that are there to enjoy themselves or it may happen at a chemical stockroom where a disgruntled employee may air his complaint in fair view of a teaching assistant who does not have to know his business.

It is a tough world where the person who keeps tab of his discretions can advance and the rebel risks being squeezed out or stifled unless his energies can be positively utilized. That is the same world where there is the front room which can be clear of any disturbances for appearance sake and there is the back room where people can air their differences or let out their frustrations.
