The Sexual Practices of Uganda
AIDS on the African continent is a widespread problem that seems to show little signs of abating. Are the practices embedded within the heart of a nation contributing to the spread of this disease?
One of the most acknowledged nations as far as the fight against AIDS is concerned is Uganda. However, there are sexual behaviour traits that are still very perplexing.
An example of this is a gentleman, who works in one of our leading process industries, and whose wife is a teacher. When a young girl, training to become a teacher contacted the wife and asked her if she could spare her a room, the lady of the house gave her a boy’s quarter, which this rookie teacher took willingly. After some time, the gentleman of this house hold informed his wife that his routine at work had been changed and that he had to sometimes attend work at night.
What the wife didn’t know was that the husband was going out through the front door and re-entering the house through the back door, to spend the night in the guest’s room.
One fateful night, emissaries came from work to pick him up because there were problems requiring his immediate attention. The wife then called him on his cell phone but it was off. Fearing that he would lose his job, he came out of the guest room after some time and hurriedly went to his place of work.
Meanwhile drama ensued at home as the wife tried to throw the mistress, now qualified as a teacher, out of the house. The mistress informed her that she was pregnant, causing more chaos.
When the gentleman came back, he informed his wife that she had to move to their up country house and live there. The woman after a struggle lost and moved up country, where she now teaches. But who is to say that this lady won’t really try to avenge it sexually?
It might seem strange, but did you know that even the people living below the poverty line, in rural areas, have not spared themselves?
A young married couple, who were childless, lived in a hut that had one bed in it. One day, the young lady told the husband that her brother would visit, so that he can get to know her husband. In a place where one has to pay dowry to his in-laws and yet he lives below the poverty line, a brother to ones wife is important.
After supping, they had to share a single bed. The hostess devised means that would reduce inconvenience – the husband was to sleep next to the wall, facing it to avoid any temptations of making love. The lady was in the middle facing her husband, followed by the visitor. The host never noticed that he slept facing the woman.

A thought provoking article but one wonders whether the natural lust of the human animal can ever be controlled.

But i think by developing perfect will power, one can almost control anything! This is one major thing that no animal, save for humans, can practice and attain.

There is this Human Resources Manager of a very reputable processing industry. He is far above 65, but thanks for the jogging she does every morning, he doesn’t look his age. He is married with one kid that his wife had with another man. His bosses are not aware of his practices, and they trust him since they hooked him from a reputable aviation company. He still hopes that he can have a kid of his own flesh and blood. He keeps giving young girls job opportunities with alluring emoluments, more than they deserve as he experiments on them. Take a look at this last girl. He gave her a job as a secretary with a nice pay, and a conjugal arrangement. She hoped that one day she could, may be, be his second wife (some Africans are still polygamous). When this childless young lady discovered that he was barren, she moved on. She got betrothed to a younger virile man. When the HRM learned about it, he is concocting ways of getting rid of the young lady from the company. Her immediate boss, an expatriate had to intervene to save the lady. Never the less, the lady had to leave since the aura was not fair to her. As she moved on he too moved on by hooking another young lady so the cycle is till on.
Imagine, the government, the Tax payers, the NGO’s and the donors incur expenses with gnashed teeth, to put up a big fight against HIV/Aids, and all some people like this gentleman have to do, to undo their work is to snap a finger. If he is HIV positive, only the lord knows how many girls have got it from him. Some times I feel like the world is on the verge of extinction!
