Their Future, Our Decision

When we look around ourselves, what do we see? What would come into mind if someone asked of it? Immediately, there comes the thoughts of media, globalization where modernity is the first priority and also everything else that grants us pleasure. In other words, it seems that we want the world to revolve around us and entertainment is everything. But what if we stop and empty our minds of all the commotions that are in it, make it soundless, and think deep.Reality will then come in. What has the world nowadays became? Comparing it with the one a few decades ago, there is a major difference. Te vast gap that exists are unfortunately not for the better in term of the world itself but it is contrary when it comes to us human.

It cannot be doubted that in this era that we’re living in, the Earth has too many an endangered species. This sad occurrence is closely related to mother nature as it depends on the stability of the ecosystem. If we come to look at it, we are the only ones with the gift of mind-presence. We, the homo-sapiens species, basically run the world. The ability to changed Earth is in our hands and so, the other species fate too is under own grasp. It is devastating fact that the ecological food chains that holds the role as the stabilizers of Earth, in which animals are in control of, are exposed to threats because of us. Thus, the future of the endangered species is in our hands.

What the human do holds responsibility on the change that is needed for the endangered species to continue its survival or this planet that we too live in. How it is that the life of these species violated? There are so many reasons to it. Among them is global warming, Global warming not only poses danger to wildlife floras and faunas but also to the well-being of Earth itself. Day by day it are well aware and those that live on it alive. The sad part is, we are well aware of this fatal occurrence but not enough effort is being made. One of the major causes of global warming is globalization. It is never a good thing when globalization conquers the human mind. When it does, it will deteriorate the humanity inside us. As and individual will fail to see the need of any greenery when in fact trees are responsible for the circulation of the oxygen and carbon dioxide system in addition to being the habitats of  most wildlife.

With the reasons that support the fact that the human race are in charge of the future of the endangered species, let us now be aware that we need to increase this thoughtful attitude in the young generation. The last candidates to have this eco-mind registered in them are the young ones-school children and even teenagers while there is still time for change.

All in all, we humans need to start the action in producing a world thaat is suitable not only for us but also for other species. Bear in mind that human are not the only ones walking on this planet. Try to find our humanity within ourselves-the respect to others, kindness and thoughtfulness. Today, we are just being selfish where the world, we just want it for ourselves. If we do not start now, when will we?
