Third Eye Opener

Many people don’t realize that they already possess the means to see into the world of ghosts. People are born already attuned to the spirit world from where they originated. Children, who have to judgments of the physical world, naturally accept and use their spirit senses. This is the reason why many children often report seeing, hearing, and feeling “unseen” things that are otherwise beyond the experience of adults. Some children will appear to be talking to imaginary friends. But these may actually be real to them.

As people near the end of their lives, they begin to pursue more things spiritual. They start to realize that the temptations and distractions of the physical world are not at all important. They actually return to their spiritual roots-shedding the temporary and trivial aspects that are physical, and embracing the higher world of the spirit. This is why people who are dying report seeing relatives and friends who are long dead. They may also experience spiritual visions. For instance, they may report seeing and hearing angels singing through what appears to be a window to heaven. To them, it is all beautiful and filled with light and love.

Be Like Children

Many inspired sages of the spirit and prophets of old have taught and given clues to what people should do to be able to connect with their spirits and achieve a higher level of spirituality. They have known that people here on earth tend to lose their connection and awareness with the spirit world because of their false identification with what’s physical. This is why it is important for people to “be like children” because it is “innocence” of the world which allows the connection to the spirit to be strong. As people near the end of their lives, a reconnection to the spirit world generally occurs. But since not everyone is ready to die, a lot of people need to give some effort and shed all the notions that they have been conditioned with. Earthly instincts have allowed us to survive in our bodies, but they tend to heap over what’s truly important-our birthright-which is summed up in one word-Spirit.

To take the steps to higher spiritual levels takes us back to our origins as spiritual beings that are naturally connected and aware of the true nature of existence; that our world-the physical world-is actually at the bottom heap of a universe of realms each “finer” than the previous. Knowledge about these things is not what’s important though. Everything has it’s time for revelation and that also goes for getting the benefits of a higher spiritual consciousness-such as the opening of the third eye.

Way of the Spirit

It is not enough to simply want to have your third eye opened. This will come naturally as you get closer to the spirit and become more spiritually mature. People already have the means to connect with the spirit world. These are latent in the body and mind. The special ways to spirituality have been taught through the ages and revealed in the religions of the world. There’s prayer, which involves focusing on things of the spirit; there’s meditation, which requires stillness of the mind; and there’s worship, which includes giving praise to God, however know Him. It’s never easy to do these things if you’re caught up the coarse pitfalls of the world. But by fervent practices that ignite the spirit and through grace, you can and will achieve a higher level of spirituality that comes with gifts not limited to the opening of the third eye.

If you do what it takes to be a more spiritual person, the abilities that come with a higher state of spiritual consciousness are forthcoming. The realization of these is not the end result but merely shows how ready you are to accept them in your life and not be afraid of the things that are revealed as a consequence. If you reach this stage, you will know the true purpose of the gifts of spirit and you will automatically know how to use them for unselfish reasons.

It is not enough to simply want your third eye to be opened. Instead, it is vital that you do what you can to keep your spiritual grounding and to not lose yourself in the world. You must not forget about your spiritual birthright. Observe a time for silence regularly; pray; open yourself to the Spirit and give praise where and when it’s due—these are the things that are truly important. If you do these things, the rest will follow.
