“Trailer Park Drama” #1
The ones you don’t want as neighbors.
Well, there is a Sherry and Bart that live down the street. Now they have 2 kids together.
Sherry can’t seem to keep her legs closed, and as a punishment to her dishonesty, Bart thinks he should do the same. They are always going rounds. For instance, Sherry is telling everyone that she has been having an affair with another neighbor for the past year. We’ll call him Billy.
So anyways, Sherry is an alcoholic, and Bart is a meth addict/alcoholic, and they fight constantly. They have competitions who as to who is a better parent than the other. It’s ridiculous actually.
They have a nasty house, and never clean it unless Bart is tweaked out. I mean plates on the coffee table for 3 weeks with ketchup on them. With cigarette butts put out in the ketchup. Yeah, nasty.
Clean and dirty clothes carpet the dining room. Dishes piled up to the cabinets in the kitchen. No counter space what so ever.
You can’t even go into the bedrooms they are so filthy. The kids have no bedding on their beds except a pillow and blanket.
Sherry would rather go get a bottle of vodka then get school clothes, or send her son to hockey. And Bart is the same with his stuff.
Now, I know that a lot of you are thinking, “Why hasn’t anyone called child protection?” Simple, they play it off that they are great parents. And to most people, they are very convincing.
And the ones who know them better, love their kids. Like me, I have their daughter over here all the time. She plays with my kids. She calls me her second Mom. We take her out to eat with us, and take her shopping. I love her like she were my own. If she were to get taken to foster care, it would kill her. I know her too well. This way,at least she has some where to go. And someone to talk to. She would completely shut down if she was taken away from her parents. And more than likely end up in prison when she’s older because of a psychotic break.

Hey wait a minute, are these people in NC? I think I delivered furniture to this house once. But seriously, it’s tough to see kids come out of a home that sets no standards and no support.

This one’s sad too. Personally, I’d call CPS.
