Trash Babies: The Latest Product of Babies Who Have Them
by Children are having babies, not just out of wedlock but out of adulthood. Why is this epidemic allowed to happen? Where are the parents? Where are the morals? Where are we headed as a nation?
How Did She Get Pregnant? (Not a Rhetorical Question)
In a day when abstinence is being ridiculed and sex education is being taught through pornography and sex toys, the message of “sex can wait” is considered the “religious opinion”. Liberals are screaming for separation of church and state and the right for sex and promiscuity without the interference of authority.
What Happened to “Waiting Until mMrriage”?
Most people say that is just impossible, kids are going to have sex. As parents we have the responsibility to make it as difficult as we can for them. We understand raging hormones because we have all been there. Passing out condoms does give them the license to have sex. Just as giving them a needle gives them the license to do drugs, as kids are prone to do as well!
Today divorce rates are so high and not to mention ugly, any child dragged through that process will probably never marry. Since the children do not see a marriage as anything but a one-way ticket to divorce court, the idea of commitment is a farce. The custodial parent, usually, the mother tears down the father so much that a daughter would not want to save her virginity for her future husband (if she ever marries) as deeming him “unworthy”. This male-bashing is she really knows without a father-figure to show her another side.
The lack of a father cripples a girl’s social skills regarding the opposite sex as she is always looking for a daddy or the attention of men. While her own father never told her that he loves her and she is better than that and should respect herself and her body.
She will not use her body as a weapon or as bait to get attention or trap a man into marrying her or knocking her up so that she may have someone to love her unconditionally.
Did She Have a “Choice”?
“Choice” seems to be the keyword. In theory, she could have exercised her choice to abort the baby. In this writer’s opinion the difference between murder and abortion is location. She can go into a government funded “clinic”, pay her $600 and forget that she ever had a burden living in her like an unwanted tenant.
The truth is, she will never forget it. She would not only increase her chances for breast cancer, she would increase her chances of depression and possibly suicide. She would always think about the baby and wonder what the baby would look like and that it never had a chance…or a choice.
Children are in such a big hurry to grow up. Without the proper role-models, morals, or fear of God, maybe all they will aspire to be is “trash babies”. Trash babies who will pay taxes, vote democrat, and live off the system. The only god they will believe in is either one they earn on their knees or on their backs.
